The New Jersey Health Foundation (NJHF) is pleased to announce a new award cycle with increased available funding for our next NJHF Grants Program. NJHF has committed up to $4 million in available funding for grants. Over $2 million was awarded in the last cycle and over $65 million since the program's inception.
Faculty and personnel will be eligible to apply for a grant beginning September 15, 2023. For this cycle, applications will be accepted from September 15, 2023, through November 10, 2023. The anticipated start date for each grant is February 15, 2024.

These materials, along with a list of frequently asked questions for each program and a sample Letter of Agreement, can also be found at www.njhealthfoundation.org.

After adhering to all Rowan University protocols for submitting a grant request via the Office of Sponsored Programs, an applicant submits their proposal through the application portal. The link to the application portal is available on the NJHF website at www.njhealthfoundation.org. See the Grants Program section on the site.
Following the submission deadline, applications are reviewed by the NJHF review committee, composed of members of the NJHF Board of Directors plus members of the medical, pharmaceutical, and business communities.
After the review process, all applicants will be notified by e-mail as to the status of their applications and next steps. The NJHF does not release final scores or comments.
Final narrative and financial reports for awarded grants will be due by April 14, 2025.
