Starting November 13th, Healthy Campus Initiatives (HCI) will be accepting applications for Spring 2021 internships, field experience placements, and volunteer placements for students! This internship expects a time commitment of about 7 hours per week. All majors are encouraged to apply! You are not required to receive academic credit, but you are encouraged to speak with your academic advisor or the CHSS Match program to see if you are eligible. This internship can be completed remotely.
Interning with HCI is a great way to become involved on campus, demonstrate leadership, and have career experience for your resume. HCI works with several departments on and off-campus -including Rowan Thrive- and organizes the Stress and Anxiety Student Support group, Chill n Chat, Green Dot Bystander Intervention, and RU a Lifesaver and QPR suicide prevention programs. In the spring semester, we plan Take Back the Night, the Out of the Darkness Suicide Prevention Walk,, and other events.
Applications will close on at 4p on November 20th. Interviews will be held the week of November 30th via Webex or other virtual format.
