A little about your instructor: A member of our Rowan University Advancement team, Megan Kiger holds her CrossFit Level One certification and has spent the last 3 years coaching classes at Solstice Fitness & Nutrition in Bridgeport, NJ. She is dedicated to demonstrating the benefits a healthy lifestyle can have on the quality of one’s mentality and mindfulness. She also enjoys yoga and PiYo-style workouts.
