Information Resources & Technology and Rowan Online are streamlining the process for requesting technical support for Canvas. All faculty, students and staff working with Rowan Online managed courses, including online and hybrid courses in Rowan Global programs, will now receive general technology support through IRT’s Technology Support Center.
As of Thursday, July 23, students and faculty may call 856-256-4400 or submit a ticket in the IRT Support Portal to get help accessing and using Canvas, just as you would for most other Rowan University applications.
We’ll also be updating support links in the Rowan Online Portal to redirect to the IRT Support Portal as of Thursday, July 23. Any existing tickets in the Rowan Online Portal will be managed through that system until they are closed. All new tickets will be managed through the IRT Support Portal.
